3 pairs later and years of wear & tear…

My Minnetoka moccasins are still my favorite go-to shoe. They’re very comfortable plus I wear them with everything… jeans, shorts and dresses! They will always be a staple piece in my wardrobe.

I’m still waiting to add Sperry Top-Siders to my closet :)

My lovely friend Tricia asked me to help out with her new Spring 2010 tees and I couldn’t turn it down. I’ve modeled for her in the past, so it was an honor for her to ask me again. I’m always down to support my friends and Tricia is that chill/cool ass/drama-free friend that always has your back so you can see why I was willing to do something I’m not very good at for her. Here are a couple photos from the shoot but you can check the rest on the CA website

Dr. Nakamatsu is a Japanese inventor that holds more than 3,000 patents. This includes the floppy disk, the CD, the DVD, the digital watch, CinemaScope, armchair “Cerebrex”, sauce pump, and the taxicab meter.

I liked his sense of humor! Can’t wait to see this documentary, he seems like a very interesting man. In my opinion, more interesting than Mr. Dos Equis.

Love her or hate her. Whatever your opinion is on Lady Gaga, you have to give her credit for her creativity. This woman continues to step over boundaries, well… more like leap over boundaries and I respect that.

Thumbs up for the Pussy Wagon cameo from the movie, Kill Bill (a classic movie on my list). Overall… great original concept, Laurie-Ann Gibson did a fitting job as choreographer, costumes are amazing, dialogue is humorous, nice product placement, treatment of the video fits the storyline… you get the point.

What happens when an LA brand and an LA band get together on their day off? Kim and Tricia of Chicharon Adventures and Jon, Matt, Glen, Boj, Chez, and Mart of the Rhythm Natives explored Downtown Los Angeles from Angel’s Knoll Park to Little Tokyo. Sporting sweatshirts from the CA Winter ‘09 line, they we recorded by their good friend, Alex Rapada.

I was asked to help style Xzibit’s photoshoot awhile back and worked with photographer, Chris Parsons. These photos will be used to market his upcoming album. Here are a few behind-the-scene photos from the shoot, it was fun and Xzibit definitely made us laugh!

Special thanks to Miss Kate Pritchard and Ryan Ford from Cashmere for the opportunity, I truly appreciate it!

Don’t be fooled by my girlie appearance because I treasure Jordans like they were Louis Vuitton bags. These beauties were released on December 23rd and caused quite a stir.

All Jordan fans know that these re-released sneakers were originally worn by Michael Jordan in the 1996 film “Space Jam” and during the 1995-96 NBA season where he won the championship and MVP crown. Knowing this, some people did whatever it took to get themselves a pair.

The “Space Jam” trailer:

Re-live the moments of where Jordan experienced a bittersweet moment of winning the championship on Father’s Day. It was his first championship since the death of his father … Looking back at this clip of game 6 of the 1996 finals versus the Seattle Supersonics reminds me of how much “I Love This Game!”
